All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. We are located in New York City, and our suppliers are located throughout the US. Thus shipping time will vary depending on location. Shipments are based on business days (including express shipping). We do not process/ship orders during the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address entered on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer support team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.

Return, exchanges & Cancellations
Due to our concerns about sustainability and waste, we chose the eco-friendly practice of Print-On-Demand. We produce only what our customers order. Each item is made to order. Therefor, at this time, we are not accepting returns or cancellations. We rely on 3rd party vendors to produce, process and ship our products, and are unable to personally inspect all items prior to shipment.

Conditions of exchanges

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery (as stated on shipping website).
